I didn’t create the Conquer Food Programme because I had everything figured out.
I created it because I didn’t.
At 35, I had a full-blown binge eating disorder and a sugar addiction.
I tried every diet going – and while some helped for a while, nothing ever stuck. I hit 20 stone.
I lost 5 through sheer will – but inside, I was still at war with myself.
What finally changed wasn’t a diet.
It was discovering that the problem wasn’t food – it was how I felt about myself.
The trauma. The shame. The anxiety.
I studied NLP, hypnotherapy... I discovered mentors like Gabor Maté, Joe Dispenza and others.
I started to heal!
And I knew... I had to create a space where others could do the same.
That’s why my husband and I opened TEAM Bootcamp and built the Conquer Food Programme – a long-term weight loss and mindset experience for people who were ready for real change.
Over 13 years, we’ve helped hundreds of people transform their lives.
But I’ve also struggled.
I’ve been trolled online for running a Bootcamp while being overweight.
I’ve spiralled back into the shadows of shame and self-doubt.
And two years ago, I had two cardiac arrests and a near-death experience that changed everything.
Now, I’m done hiding.
I’m proud of my story. I’m proud of my scars.
And I’m more committed than ever to helping people who are ready to show up for themselves – fully and honestly.
Last November, we paused Conquer Food and focused on running 2-week retreats.
But this summer... I’m bringing it back.

TEAM was born out of a really personal place. Years ago, I found myself at rock bottom — emotionally, physically, and spiritually burnt out. I co-founded TEAM Bootcamp as a place for real change — not just sweaty workouts, but genuine breakthroughs. Over time, I created the Conquer Food Programme to go even deeper: helping people break free from binge cycles, come off weight loss injections, rebuild confidence, and finally feel at peace in their own skin.
